The Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare is in full swing. October 1st marked the official grand opening of the online exchange called CoveredCA. Unfortunately since the website launch, the website still continues to experience technical difficulties and inconsistencies. Many are anxious to see how much premium assistance they can qualify for in 2014 but are unable to access and submit an application online.
